Flavius joined Premier Soccer Academy as a Math Teacher. With a background that blends analytical thinking and real-world problem-solving, Flavius brings a unique perspective to math education. He spent over two and a half years tutoring students in a university math lab and conducted more than 2,000 online tutoring sessions with learners from across the globe. His years of experience as a construction consultant and team leader further sharpened his skills in practical thinking, leadership, and communication.

He believes that a friendly classroom atmosphere lays the foundation for deep learning, and that every student is capable of mastering the basics of math. His teaching philosophy centers on the idea that little time intervals of focused and engaged effort can often achieve more than hours of frustrated struggle.

Outside the classrom Flavius pursues a life of continuous growth. His interests include architecture, martial arts, soccer, math puzzles, and cars.
