Mark Carr is the Technical Director of the Premier Soccer Academy and he has put together a curriculum that aims to challenge and develop every player that comes through his program.
Mark has been in the Women's game for well over ten years and is a current scout for the US Youth Girls National Teams. He has been a Head Coach at the University of San Francisco and an assistant coach at UCLA. He is a staff coach for the Region IV Olympic Development Program and has coached a number of club teams from U8 up to U18. Mark is well respected nationally and internationally. He has been coached some of the top female soccer players in the country and he has a complete understanding of the development process a young female soccer player needs to go through to get to the highest level.

As a head coach - 16 All WCC Team Accolades, 2 NSCAA All West Regional Awards, Four All WCC Academic Scholars, 2 National Team players and 3 Professional Players. As an assistant - Four NCAA Final Fours, Two National Championship games, Four Pac 10 Championships, Nine All Americans.
